How to Use Your Reed Diffuser Refill

Pour the Citronella Essential Oil fragrance into your clean reed diffuser bottle and add the fresh 24cm reeds included with your refill. Allow the reeds to absorb the fragrance naturally and turn them every few days when you'd like a stronger scent. We recommend wearing gloves when handling the reeds and fragrance oil.


Where to Use Your Citronella Reed Diffuser

The fresh citrus and herbal character of citronella works well in kitchens, conservatories, hallways and everyday living spaces. Place your diffuser somewhere with natural airflow to help distribute the fragrance around the room.


Good to Know

Each Citronella Essential Oil Reed Diffuser Refill contains 100ml of fragrance and can provide up to 2 months of scent, depending on room temperature, airflow and how often you turn the reeds.

Avoid allowing the fragrance oil to come into direct contact with polished, painted or synthetic surfaces, fabrics or skin. Wipe up any spills straight away.

Delivery

We aim to post orders within 1-2 working days; however, during busier periods, shipping may take longer. If you would like an update on your order please email contact@villagewaxmelts.co.uk and please quote your order number. 

In order to return an order, please get in touch with us via email first. Returns can be mailed to: Unit 4c Towngate Business Park, M38 0PT. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the items you wish to return.

How to Use Your Reed Diffuser Refill

Refilling your reed diffuser is simple. Follow these three steps to keep your favourite Village Wax Melts fragrance filling your home.

Prepare Your Bottle

Remove the old reeds and place your diffuser bottle on a protected surface. If you're changing fragrance, wash the bottle and allow it to dry fully first.

Pour in Your Refill

Carefully pour the fragrance into your diffuser bottle. Aim to fill it around three-quarters full and wipe away any spills straight away.

Add Fresh Reeds

Insert fresh reeds and give them time to absorb the fragrance. Flip the reeds after the first hour, then occasionally when you want to refresh the scent.
