Dispatch & Delivery

International orders are subject to a maximum shipping weight of 5kg, except where different delivery conditions apply.

International Delivery Restrictions
Unfortunately, due to international shipping restrictions, we're currently unable to deliver to the following destinations:
Afghanistan, Haiti, Iran, Israel, Kiribati, Palestinian Territories, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine and Yemen.
Some products may also be restricted from delivery to certain countries due to local customs regulations or courier requirements.

Returns & Refunds

Returned items should be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging where possible. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Packaging & Care
We take care when packing every order to ensure your Village Wax Melts products arrive safely.
When returning items, please package them securely to prevent damage during delivery. We recommend using protective wrapping and a sturdy outer box or envelope wherever possible.
Items that arrive damaged due to insufficient return packaging may not be eligible for a full refund, depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights.
