7.1 To return an order, you must contact us by email first and follow our return instructions. Returned items should be sent to our return address at Unit 5, Hortonwood 32, Telford, Shropshire, TF1 7YL.
7.2 You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they arrived damaged or faulty. Products should be unused and in original packaging.
7.3 Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned goods. Any refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
