In order to return an order, please get in touch with us via email first. Returns can be mailed to: Unit 4c Towngate Business Park, M38 0PT. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the items you wish to return.

A simple 3-step method to refill your diffuser and revive your favourite Village Wax Melts scent.

Prepare Your Bottle

Remove old reeds and place the bottle on a protected surface.
If switching scent, wash and fully dry the bottle.

Step 2

Pour in Your Refill

Fill the bottle around three-quarters full for the best scent throw.
Wipe any spills to keep surfaces clean.

Step 3

Add Fresh Reeds

Insert new reeds and allow them to soak.
Flip after the first hour, then weekly, for maximum fragrance.
