We aim to post orders within 1-2 working days, however during busier periods shipping may take longer. If you would like an update on your order please email contact@villagewaxmelts.co.uk and please quote your order number.
In order to return an order, please contact us via email first. Returns can be mailed to: Unit 4c Towngate Business Park, M38 0PT. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit.
