FAQ's

arrow
Keep your wax melts in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Store them in their original packaging or an airtight container to preserve the fragrance strength for months.
arrow
Yes! Mixing scents is a great way to create your own custom fragrance. We recommend starting with complementary scents from the same fragrance family for the best results.
arrow
Wait for the wax to cool and harden, then gently pop it out (you can place the warmer in the freezer for a few minutes to make this easier). Wipe the dish clean with a paper towel before adding your new scent.
arrow
Our wax melts are made with pet-safe ingredients, however some fragrances may be stronger than others. Always ensure good ventilation, keep warmers out of reach, and monitor your pets. If you have concerns about specific scents, contact us for guidance.
arrow
Simply break the melt or use the whole, place them in your wax warmer, and turn it on. As the wax gently melts, it releases fragrance without any flame. Never add water, and always follow your warmer's instructions.
arrow
Each wax melt provides 12 hours of fragrance when used in a standard wax warmer.
