We aim to post orders within 1-2 working days, however during busier periods shipping may take longer. If you would like an update on your order please email contact@villagewaxmelts.co.uk and please quote your order number. In order to return an order, please contact us via email first. Returns can be mailed to: Unit 4c Towngate Business Park, M38 0PT. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot redirect it, but we can work with the courier to attempt address correction or arrange a replacement shipment. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment to the correct address.

No, wax melts do not fully evaporate from your burner. The fragrance evaporates from the wax into your home. Once all the fragrance has faded, it is time to use a new wax melt.

✨ How to Use Wax Melts ✨

Using wax melts is super simple and such a lovely way to fill your home with fragrance 💕

  1. Choose your warmer – Pop your favourite wax melt into the dish of a wax melt burner (either electric or tea light).
  2. Add your melt – You only need half a heart wax melt in your burner- they snap easily down the middle!
  3. Melt + enjoy – Light an unscented tea light underneath, or switch on your electric warmer, and let the wax gently melt to release its gorgeous fragrance. 🌸
  4. Change when ready – When the scent fades, simply let the wax cool, then remove it (our gel melts peel out so satisfyingly when cool!).

💕 Little tip: Don’t add water or oils to your wax melt dish – just the wax itself.
